Relax in the well appointed living room with a 55” smart TV, ample seating and expansive views from the lanai where you can enjoy al fresco dining or relaxing with a book on the chaise lounge.

Prepare gourmet meals in the updated kitchen, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and extensive cabinetry. The cook will find everything they could need in this well-stocked kitchen. Brew your java your way with a 12-cup pot and K-cup coffee maker.

Additional amenities at unit #205: All 3 smart TVs offer lots of free channels with Google TV or log into your personal streaming or TV service to access your favorite content; dedicated high speed internet through a private WIFI for this condo only; community shell washing station and beach wash-off area; and covered parking for 1 vehicle (there is uncovered parking for 1 additional vehicle).

Beach equipment for guests’ use includes beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, pickleball set and more, stored in a private closet on the ground floor parking level. Keyless access to enter both the unit and beach closet means never being locked out or having to carry a key.
