We will tailor your property’s profile and use professional photography to attract the ideal guests at best possible pricing. In addition to our professionally optimized website, we will list your property, at our expense, on third-party booking channels such as VRBO and Airbnb. As a result, your property will experience wider marketing exposure and increased booking performance!
We have opened a new office down the hall from our Housekeeping and Maintenance Services location at 1648 Periwinkle Way which has been exclusively designed for both guest and owner services. Please stop in to see us when you are on the island! It is ideally located to not only greet incoming guests but to attract new ones, centrally located on Periwinkle near Jerry’s. We aim to be easily accessible for guests, owners, and property vendors.
We offer our owner partners access to an online owner portal that provides you easy access to your statements, service orders, and booking calendars. In addition, we electronically collect guest reviews to maximize your guest’s experience.
We follow strict trust-based accounting principles. We will never comingle your money with our operating activities. We provide detailed monthly financial statements, a year-end statement, and form 1099-MISC for income tax filing purposes.
We provide our owner partners with a full complement of professional management tools, including linen service (even blankets), cleaning, inspection (post-rental, vacant, and storm), and 24/7 on-call services for in-house guests.
Sanibel Holiday has managed the rentals for our two properties at Sand Pointe for over 21 years. Our family has had 4 different vacation rental properties on Sanibel over the past 20 years. With them, we inherited different rental agencies, some huge and some small.
