***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos may be making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are now open***

Welcome to your beach oasis at Loggerhead Cay #273. This lovely condo has all new furniture and wood plank luxury vinyl throughout. The coastal hues of blues and greys create a serene setting for your vacation. Relax on the new living room sofas while watching your large flat screen TV. This condo is able to accommodate a party of 4 with a comfy king bed in the master with an en-suite bathroom. The guest room has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This unit also features a full kitchen and has a partial angled water view over the courtyard from the screened-in lanai . Enjoy a meal at the dining room table or on the lanai where you will enjoy the Gulf breezes making any meal delightful.

The owner provides beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience.

Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.

**This condominium requires a 7-night minimum stay SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY**

Rental was clean and in a great location. While the bathrooms need updating they were very clean and the rest of the house was great. We did wish the pantry in the kitchen was useable for our food and supplies for the week as well. Overall though it was a great property and we would recommend staying here when visiting Sanibel.

We always enjoy our stay at Loggerhead Cay. Have stayed many times. Everything was clean and needed for nothing in the kitchen or bath. Extra sheet set and maybe new beach equipment would have been nice, but we had a wonderful time and enjoyed it so much

Kitchen is somewhat "boxed in," but this could be an advantage for a family with someone "sleeping in" on the sofa-bed. Kitchen could use a cookie sheet.

I would like to suggest ceiling fans on the patio and bedrooms . Furniture is dated but was comfortable. Overall the condo is very nice, Pool is excellent.

My wife and I had an excellent 2 week stay in this unit. Only suggestion would be to replace the beach umbrella and 2 bwach chairs.
