Description

**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Breakers West has been welcoming guests since April 2024. The pool is now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.*

Welcome to Breakers West B6, a 2nd floor, 2 bed/2 bath condo located in a small, quiet 18 unit complex on West Gulf Drive. With just a short leisurely stroll down the private beach access path you can enjoy sunny days walking the beach in search of shells and taking in the breathtaking West End sunsets each evening. You and your guests will feel right at home in this condo that comfortably sleeps 4, with a king in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. Each bedroom has their own en-suite.

Take in the warm Gulf breezes from your private screened-in lanai while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying that evening cocktail while looking out over the tropical greenery. Enjoy floating in the heated community pool that is just steps away. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TVs, secure Wi-Fi and beach equipment.

**This condominium requires a 7 night minimum stay January through April with Arrival and Departure on Saturday. Only a 4 night minimum stay May through December.**
**No Smoking in unit, on lanai or in common areas**
**Please note: Only one parking spot per unit.**

Breakers West B6 was a perfect location, perfect size, perfect layout, and perfectly managed. It is well-stocked with all the basics needed in the kitchen and also has plenty of great stuff for the beach (and we even left our shell scoop there for the next guests!)

The “problems” were small. The condo is definitely dated. (I’m trying to remember the last time I stood at such a low bathroom counter!) We would have liked a box of Kleenex and an extra roll of TP (we ran out with only two of us!) However, we loved the location...and the pool was great! Overall, we would highly recommend it!

The Breakers West B6 was great. Clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was located with a short walk to the beach and with the ocean water so warm, the pool surprisingly was a cool temperature that was welcome. The beach umbrella that was provided Brooke on a very windy day but was replaced within hours after I called the management office. Very happy with our stay!

Everything was PERFECT! Easy check in easy check out. The fact that we had less than a 3 minute walk to the most beautiful beach and shells was just great! Condo was clean, no noise. Cannot wait to book next year!!! Thank you so very much for making our vacation that much more wonderful

This was our second visit to Sanibel Island in the last year. Both times we stayed in a condo on the beach and both times, we had a lovely time. Breakers B6 was a very well kept and well appointed condo. The pool area was well maintained and we enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen was well stocked with implements, dishes, and flatware. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well-stocked with linens.
However, I have two suggestions for improvements: (1) The plumbing fixtures, especially in the master shower, need to be upgraded and replaced. The kitchen sink fixture was loose and dripped if not forced shut.
(2) Some of the upholstered furniture, especially the chairs in the dining area, were stained and soiled. An occasional steam cleaning would go a long way to improving their appearance.
Other than that, the condo was in good shape and offered amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

We drove from WI & stayed at this condo for 5 nights. The check in at the welcome center was super quick & easy. When we arrived we did have some trouble with the key/lock. We had to wiggle/jiggle the key quite a bit to get in. It would be nice to have that fixed. The condo itself was clean & comfortable. We purchased groceries off island & made breakfast almost every morning, all lunches & a couple dinners at the condo. The kitchen has all necessary utensils & it worked out great. Beds were comfortable. We did have to reset Wi-Fi for tv to work but it was easy to do. The condo is welcoming. Nice to have the washer/dryer there too. We ate out on the screened in porch area & our daughters played cards there at night. The pool was great after spending time on the beach! You can’t really see the ocean from the condo but it is a VERY short walk to the beach/ocean. I enjoyed the little walk to the beach...a narrow path along a wooden fence. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We are two couples in our 60s and we were very pleased with our accommodation. We love to cycle and the bike trail is right across the road.
We also enjoyed the shared pool! The grounds were very well maintained.
It was a very short walk to the beautiful beach.
We will return !

This rental was perfect! It was very comfy and cozy! Two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms were master suites with bathrooms. The living room had a couch with a foldout bed and love seat. There were several beach chairs and beach umbrellas along with many other beach supplies. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The beach was just a very short walk down a private pathway. We will definitely be staying at the Breakers West condominiums again!!!

Easy to work with agency, the home was as described and very close to the beach. The screened in porch was where we ate and played scrabble and allowed us to leave the windows open at night.
