**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Loggerhead Cay has been welcoming guests since December 2023. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**

Watch the sunrise and feel the warm Gulf breeze from your screened in lanai. This is a family friendly Gulf-front condo, one of the closest at Loggerhead Cay with a spectacular Gulf-front view. Unit 122 is bright and airy with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with gorgeous quartz countertops. The condo has room for 6 guests with a master suite featuring a king bed, a guest bedroom with queen and twin beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The condo also boasts wood grain luxury vinyl flooring throughout, 3 TVs and high speed secure Wi-Fi.

The owner provides beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and 2 bicycles so you can explore all 25 miles of Sanibel’s bike trails. This condo is dog-friendly (under 25 pounds and 1 dog per unit) with a non-refundable fee. Be sure to grab a lounge chair at the pool and float all day or take a walk on the sparkling beach to catch sight of a dolphin or find fun shells!

Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct Gulf access.
