***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos may be making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Occasionally some amenities in your complex may be closed. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are now open***

Sandpiper Beach is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath the swaying palms and lush vegetation. Enjoy cooking out on community gas grills, strike up a pickleball or tennis match on the courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. The boardwalk takes you from the heated pool and sundeck area directly onto the wide sandy beach. Sandpiper Beach is sure to please every member of the family! Unit #403 is a beautifully updated 2nd living level (sorry, no elevator), corner unit with smart tv's in the living room and each bedroom. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with a king in the master & 2 twin beds in the guestroom. The owner provides access to their ground level, private storage locker where you will find beach chairs, umbrella & wagon. Additional amenities: beach towels, full size washer dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, covered parking.

Wonderful unit - everything is new and updated. Exceptionally clean. Correspondence with Sanibel Holiday staff is always top notch and they are eager to ensure your stay is the best.

My family and I had such a wonderful time and Unit 403 provided everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. The kitchenware and linens provided what was needed. After coming to Sanibel for over 50 years and coming to a new complex was hard but this condo made all of us feel at home. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.

This was such a perfect vacation spot that I’m afraid that I’m going to tempt everyone to stay here and I won’t be able to reserve it again:-). We’ve rented a number of condos on Sanibel, including another in Sandpiper Beach, and this was definitely the best. Beautifully decorated, but a place you can live in. Comfortable. Spacious. Well equipped. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything I needed-including decent knives, which never happens. I can’t say enough good things about it. And the people at Sanibel Holidays are wonderful to deal with. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Beach 403 was clean and neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with very nice blenders for smoothies. The boardwalk was new, and neat. The pool was heated and very nice.
