This was our second year at the Wine Down- Shell Basket Lane unit. This unit is about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. We love the convenience of being right on the bike path. Love staying here!

Wine Down Time B is one of two units in a stilted duplex with a short walk to Sanibel's world famous shelling beaches. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has a bright and airy layout with 890 square feet of living space including a full kitchen. The building has a shared washer/dryer on the ground level with a gas grill and covered parking underneath. The owner provides beach chairs, an umbrella and bicycles for your use. Please note: This unit has a staircase walk-up, no elevator.
