If you would would like to try an easy in and out ground level unit this is it ! The unit is well appointed , the storage closet has the best beach chairs , umbrellas, and a beach wagon . The owners have a basket of beach towels available . Beds very comfortable .

The condo was perfect with one exception. The dish washer did not work for most of the two weeks that we were there. A new dish washer was installed the day before we left. Sanibel Holiday took care of the entire process. Otherwise, the property parking, pool and beach were excellent.

We always love coming to Sanibel the 1st 2 weeks of December. It is quiet and the Villa Sanibel complex is perfect. Just a short walk out of the units and you have direct access. Just across the road you have access to the bike path that gives you access to the entire island. We typically park the car upon our arrival and don't use it again until we have to leave.

We love staying at Villa Sanibel. The location is perfect. You can walk out your lanai and you're at the pool. You walk about 50 yards and you're on the beach. Full kitchen, 2 full baths and the washer and dryer make it so nice and convenient for our family. Plenty of living space.

We have stayed from the lighthouse area to Captiva. When you’re looking for something close to the beach, one of the shortest walks to the surf line; or a low traffic area, no problem getting in or out, this unit is one of the best locations we’ve found. The owner, leasing company, and leasing agent Matt were a pleasure to deal with. 3A is next to the pool, just outside the back door. We will definitely give this unit first consideration for next year’s vacation.

The bedrooms and furniture were nice and the condo was a good size for 4 people but might be a bit tight with 6. We could easily walk to the ocean and having beach chairs and toys made it easy.

Villa Sanibel is a quiet, private 20 unit Gulf front complex located near all the island conveniences on West Gulf Drive. This community offers a heated pool, gas grills, and tennis, all surrounded by lush tropical landscape. Unit 3A is a 2 bedroom ground-level unit with views of the pool which can be easily accessed from the lanai, with parking located immediately outside the entry door. The owner has updated the screens throughout the condo with antimicrobial, no-seeum proof screening. This nicely furnished and updated unit has tile flooring throughout and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests with a king in the master and a queen bed and twin bed in guest room. Meals are a breeze in the well stocked kitchen which provides a slow cooker with sous vide probe, new Kitchen Aid blender, Cusinart food processor & Keurig coffee maker. 3 flat screen HDTV's (each with a DVD player), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, free long distance and secure Wi-Fi also provided for your enjoyment. ***Please note: Villa Sanibel is a smoke-free property. 1 assigned parking spot per unit. Overflow parking near the tennis courts is limited and not guaranteed.***
