It's a comfortable, thoughtfully furnished unit in a generally quiet condominium, well located on the island. Sanibel is still recovering from hurricane Ian, with retail and restaurants very limited. Landscaping is slowly coming back. The combination of extraordinary wildlife and extensive bike trails is like nowhere else.

The unit was wonderful. The stay would have been perfect except we were unmercilessly bitten by the no-see ums. (of course this had nothing to do with the unit). It was very tight parking under the building’s covered parking area, so we parked in the plentiful uncovered spots. This was not a problem.

Our October 26 thru November 9 2024 visit to Sanibel

This was our 25th visit in Sandpiper beach 403 and our 38th visit to the island. We had not been back since IAN and of course there have been lots of changes but the island still is like a second home to us.
We did get to enjoy 2 weeks sun and beautiful beach weather while we were there.
We did visit a few of the local restaurants and had a wonderful time even with all the devestation the island went thru.
Of course there is still much to be done but it has come a long way since IAN.
The condo we stayed in was all redone and is beautiful Mark and Sandy have always been great to deal with and we thank them for their hospitality.
The new agency that they are using was great to deal with very attentive and checked in with us to see if we needed anything.
Looking forward to our next visit already
My suggestion would be visit Sanibel for a great vacation

My family and I had such a wonderful time and Unit 403 provided everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. The kitchenware and linens provided what was needed. After coming to Sanibel for over 50 years and coming to a new complex was hard but this condo made all of us feel at home. It is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it.

This was such a perfect vacation spot that I’m afraid that I’m going to tempt everyone to stay here and I won’t be able to reserve it again:-). We’ve rented a number of condos on Sanibel, including another in Sandpiper Beach, and this was definitely the best. Beautifully decorated, but a place you can live in. Comfortable. Spacious. Well equipped. We cooked most of our meals in the condo, and the kitchen had everything I needed-including decent knives, which never happens. I can’t say enough good things about it. And the people at Sanibel Holidays are wonderful to deal with. I can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Beach 403 was clean and neat, and the kitchen was well stocked with very nice blenders for smoothies. The boardwalk was new, and neat. The pool was heated and very nice.

***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Some amenities in your complex may close due to circumstances beyond our control. The pool, tennis & pickleball courts are currently open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. ***
Sandpiper Beach is a 27-unit, secluded Gulf front property that is tucked away on Sanibel Island beneath the swaying palms and lush vegetation. Enjoy cooking out on community gas grills, strike up a pickleball or tennis match on the courts, or try your luck at a shuffleboard game. The boardwalk takes you from the heated pool and sundeck area directly onto the wide sandy beach where you can enjoy searching for the perfect shell, a leisurely stroll or be amazed by Sanibel's famous sunsets. Sandpiper Beach is sure to please every member of the family!
Unit #403 is a beautifully updated 2nd living level (sorry, no elevator), corner unit with smart tv's in the living room and each bedroom. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with a king in the master & 2 twin beds in the guestroom.
The owner provides access to their ground level, private storage locker where you will find beach chairs, umbrella & wagon. Additional amenities: beach towels, full size washer dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, covered parking.
