This is our favorite room, condo, and location on the island. It has a great view, a nice cross-breeze on the porch, and is located on a quieter part of the beach, but also near great shopping and restaurants.

Location was great. Beach not crowded. Unit was very nice but could be re-painted. Management staff of Sanibel Holiday was extremely helpful. We needed new beach chairs and received them right away.

we enjoyed the vacation on Sanibel Sand Pointe. Only thing we would say is that the condo def, needs a painting and the furniture is showing def wear. It is a great location the property is beautiful and just a walk down the path to the Gulf. We would def come back to Sanibel island!

Location great, pool was well maintained, comfortable furnishings.
All the dishes were dirty with food stuck on them. We ran 2 loads of dishes in the dishwasher before we could use any. There were dirty sheets in the closet and a dirty pillow. Several pillows didn't have pillow cases. Master shower water backed up to your ankles when showering. Beach chairs very rusty and need replacing. Several light bulbs were burned out.
I would recommend this property because of location, condo size, comfortable furniture , covered parking and it's very quiet.
Beware of iguanas near pool. They won't hurt you but sure startled us.

This condo has the best view, a nice, cross-breeze on the screened porch, and is a great location on the island. The beaches are not crowded and it is close to many great restaurants and Bailey's Grocery. This unit has come to be our favorite spot on the island.

We found the condo very clean and really enjoyed all of it. The complex is nice and small, very quiet and the short walk to the beach was great, The location was perfect to many of the restaurants on the island, with The Sandbar just 300 feet away. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back. The only suggestion is to bring your own knives if you are going to use the kitchen.

Very good location. The only thing to raise a point is carpet needed cleaned and the unit could use some paint. I have been going to Sanibel for years had the best time in years. Local of the unit was ideal and the rental company was very responsive to an problem I had. Thank you

We love Sand Pointe for its fantastic location as well! Right on West Gulf where you can take in a sunset from the beach, some Sanibel favorites like Doc Ford's, Over Easy, Joey's Custard and George & Wendy's are just a short bike ride away and conveniently located right next door to The Sandbar Restaurant.

Pros: The property is nicely located on the island; the unit is top floor and corner; so the natural light and view of the ocean is wonderful. The property is clean. The unit is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There are lots of beach chairs and fun items on the porch. Inside, there are many books.
Cons: There were a number of light bulbs that were burned out. The frying pans need to be replaced as the teflon is scratched and peeling off.
Overall, it's a great rental property. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for your 5 star review of Sand Pointe 231! The views are quite spectacular from this 4th floor, corner unit! We love Sand Pointe for it's sunset views from the beach, easy access to island favorites like Doc Fords, Over Easy Cafe, George & Wendys, Bailey's and Joey's Custard and small complex feel with just 45 units. Part of our inspection process includes turning on all lights to ensure the bulbs are working so I am not sure why you checked into a unit with a number of burned out bulbs. I do know our response time is typically very quick...I hope that was your experience with us and we quickly changed out bulbs and replaced the pans.

We absolutely loved our stay in Sanibel at Sand Pointe 231! The condo had everything we needed and was very sunny and bright with all of the windows. We spent hours out on the huge lanai watching various birds come and go to the pond. We would definitely stay here again!

This was such a clean, bright, sunny space! The furniture was tasteful and comfy, the king mattress was great. The view (and sound) of the ocean from the third floor was mesmerizing (we did appreciate the elevator when schlepping luggage or groceries).
A/C, Wi-Fi, TVs, etc. were all in perfect working order. There was covered parking for the car, and the bike trail is right across the street. There were plenty of pots, dishes, utensils, etc. in the kitchen that we used to prepare all the fresh goodies we bought at the Sunday Farmer’s Market (don’t miss it!), and the lanai was a perfect place to eat.
Sand Pointe is a peaceful complex with a short boardwalk directly to the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back to this unit. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was our second time staying in this unit. The unit was clean and enjoyable to stay in. It wasn’t as clean as the first time we stayed though. The walls and doors in the bathroom were dirty and the carpet in the main area around the dining table was stained. I’d probably stay here again but it does need some deeper cleaning. The seating in the main room could stand to be cleaned also. The lightbulb was out in the hallway and there were tiny ants in the kitchen but one call to the rental company and those two problems were taken care of. We love Sanibel and didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but, after our first stay, we expected the same amount of cleanliness.

Having stayed in the same location 2 years ago we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Beautiful views,lovely fixtures and furnishings though the TV system has us a little baffled but then we didn't really want to watch it anyway.
The rental company staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided all we needed.
Best thing about the 2BR arrangement if you travel as a couple is as much room as you need in the bathroom to put out your toiletries if, as like me, your wife fills the whole sink surround with hers!
