We came to Sanibel with two families and stayed in two separate condominiums. Both were clean, inviting and relaxing. I liked ours a bit better because it was brighter and cheerier, comfortable, nicely decorated. The other was a bit dark.

The condo was not properly cleaned before we arrived. The previous guests left the rooftop trashed. It's a great condo; we were there five years ago. I was a little disappointed to see hardly anything was updated, a lot was missing from the kitchen; basic things you would expect to be there were not there. We'll definitely go back but probably won't return for this condo unless upgrades are made. Our family booked the condo right next to this one and theirs looked 20 years younger.

The apartment could definitely use some updates but it was comfortable and in a great location. Sanibel holiday responded quickly to our concerns. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked it for next year.

Beautiful location and the grounds were lovely, but the unit needs a major update. The coach sank very low as well as the King bed. Kitchen utensils were a collection of odd pieces with no pot holders. Dryer sucked our clothes into the vent & ripped them. Ice maker was majorly clogged with old ice. This is just to mention a few of the things that have been neglected.

We've rented this unit many times now and will continue to come back.

The condo was clean and well maintained. We were very happy with our accommodations and would recommend. The couches do need to be replaced and functional beach chairs would make a trip to the beach better. On the positive side Angie from Sanibel Holiday was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and that we had a wonderful time.

The rental agency was professional, especially when I visited them 24 hours after checking in to what was by far the worst rental property I have stayed in at Sanibel Island in 25 years of visiting. The owners of this property should sell it to someone who cares because based on the condition of the property, they obviously don't. Some specifics: nearly 50 percent of bathroom and kitchen cabinets are locked for owner's use, not guests. Appliances are outdated; living room furniture is worn to the point of not comfortable or safe for use; beach chairs are all broken, ripped and stained; roof overview floor is broken with boards cracked and lifting from base -- cannot use without wearing shoes. Recliners and chairs on roof are broken, except for several uncomfortable Walmart special chairs for $5. No beach towels provided for guests. We always stay at Pointe Santo, but this unit does not meet their usually very high standards.

The unit we rented was comfortable and clean but could use a few upgrades. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were trash and had been for a while. The umbrella was shredded and the chairs were torn and missing arms.

Disappointing! Upon arrival, I found the coffeemaker had not been cleaned. On the lanai there were 3 chairs one of which was corroded to the point when my wife sat in it it almost fell apart! Not safe! The dining room table had sand on it which I assume someone placed their shells on same. Light bulbs were not replaced in master bath over the sink, on chandelier. The king size bed mattress is in need of replacement. Finally, the sofa needed replacement since I sunk down to the frame. One positive—- the clogged guest toilet was repaired immediately after we called. The sun deck was in bad need of reconditioning as previously noted!

Sanibel Holiday had pretty good communication. Location of Point Santo is nice and central on the island. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. But the actual unit D43 is dated and didn't have the full starter kit items. Missing 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of tissues, 1 laundry detergent. We were eventually given 2 more rolls of TP the next day and additional laundry detergent the following day. Also, the guest bathtub faucet broke at 7pm the 1st night and wouldn't stop running. We called the emergency sanibel holiday line and left a message but they didn't call back for an hr and when they did they said they didn't get the message which delayed things further. A Plumber eventually came around 9pm and fixed the issue but was banging and drilling loudly for 30 mins which kept my young kids up. Then the previous guest set the alarm in the room for midnight so that went off as well which was lovely. Also, the screened in porch isn't fully screened in as it has stairs to the sundeck, but no way to close it from the outside so mosquitoes got in constantly. The sundeck is in horrible shape. The wood deck needs to be replaced as nails are loose and boards are broken. The wind tarps are also broken and flap around. Couches and beds are old and really sunk in. There were lots of books, puzzles, and cookware which were nice.

Love Sanibel and love staying at Pointe Santo.

We love Pointe Santo and come back every year. First time staying in D43 and would definitely stay again. It has a terrific view of the ocean and lagoon. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location. Great place. Had a couple sugar ants and a small roach, but it is the beach and management will get rid if them. Bed bugs, but will be gone by next renter...I hope

Spent two weeks this summer and had an amazing time. The water was the clearest it has been in some time and the weather cooperated as well.

The condo was just as expected and in good condition. Our only problem was the refrigerator went out on us the last three days of our stay, but the property management company was able to give us use of another refrigerator for the remainder of our stay. We have stayed in this same condo for the last three years and will return next year.

Great location.....loved the keyless entry.....check in was easy. Overall.....could use a few updates and could have been cleaner. We enjoyed our stay.

From start to finish, our rental experience was easy and well communicated. Condo was easy to find and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning!

Easy check in and easy check out. Wonderful pool, hot tub and close to the ocean waves. D43 was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

My second trip to Sanibel and both times we enjoyed our stay extremely. The accommodation were great, the weather was great.

The unit we stayed in was very clean, well-organized and spacious. The rooftop was a bonus and perfect at night. My only complaint about the property (but not the unit) is the units all face inward so the noises carry easily.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The furniture on the rooftop balcony needed replaced loungers were unable to be used due to dry rot (but the condo association is renewing the rooftop decking so they will probably get new loungers then). We had everything needed to cook. The dryer vent was broken when we went to use it and we reported that to Sanibel Holiday to be repaired. very short walk to the beach unfortunately redtide was an issue the 2 weeks we were there so we drove to captiva several days. Sanibel Holiday were very friendly and professional and we felt like they really cared about us! Very nice spacious unit.

Not bad. Red algae blooom wasn’t ideal, but we managed to make the best of it. Unit was nice, could use some updating. Roof deck needs to be replaced and carpet on spiral staircase. Pots and pans are in need of replacement.

Wonderful condo and great location near the beach. The condo is very spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. We would recommend this place to family and friends and we would definitely come back. The website pictures of the place are great but do not do it justice.

This was a great place to go shelling and or just a stroll down the beach. Everything from the check in staff, and the staff we talked with on the property were very friendly & helpful with any questions we had. Over all the whole property was kept up very good & clean. If & when we can get back down to Florida this will be our first place we will check to see if they have any openings.

We had a good time staying at Pointe Santo. Having access to the pool and beach provided a nice variety of things to do. Night swimming in the pool was also a fun activity for the kids. The roof deck in our condo was great.

This condo was perfect, We loved the view of the ocean and the beautiful night sky which you can enjoy for the upper balcony. We came to celebrate our 27th Anniversary and we were very pleased. We look forward to coming back again soon.
