Sanibel Holiday was wonderful. They were very responsive to our calls. i would definitely recommend them. The home was a lovely, with lost of light and in a wonderful location. The pool was a real plus and the beach entrance was only half a block away. We will really miss the beach walks. The kitchen was well appointed. There was nothing that thye could do to make it any better.

This was our 5th year to stay at the Palm House, and the first time to stay 2 months. We love almost everything about it! The location and floor plan are perfect for two couples and occasional guests. We used the pool every day. The house is fully equipped for every need. You don't even need to bring beach towels. We love the beachy decor. The only complaint would be the wicker couch in the family room isn't very comfortable for long stays. We also like the variety of bicycles for the whole family.
I could go on and on. Obviously, we love it or we wouldn't rent it year after year.
Every interaction with the Sanibel Holiday staff was helpful and professional. I'm already looking forward to next year's stay at the Palm House!

A very good location, good pool & close to the beach path to Gulf.
Furniture leaves much to be desired. TV room has out door furniture, not very comfortable.
Out side pool/patio is not screened in, therefore can get buggy. Also going with the theme of uncomfortable furniture, the patio table & chairs are VERY low, hard to move & get out of, a poor choice for a small patio.

Overall the house was very clean and good location, very near a pretty path to the gulf beach. It was well stocked on dinnerware, if not a bit too many.
The pool / patio area is small and not screened-in, which causes biting-insect problems. The furniture selection outside, table & chairs are too large for the small patio area. They are difficult to move and problematic to get around to avoid the pool, etc.
In the house, the TV area is furnished by 'out-side furniture, sectional wicker, and uncomfortable seating. Also too large for the area.
The bedrooms are well furnished and quite comfortable. The bathrooms are modern, clean and very functional.

We had a wonderful month at The Palm house. The kitchen is the best stocked one we have ever seen in all the years we have been renting in Sanibel. I was apprehensive about the pool because it had no cage, however we were pleasntly surprised at how much we enjoyed it.
