Our experience with Sanibel Holiday and Loggerhead Cay 232 was great. We were well informed about everything. This unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of towels and beach accessories. Great location by the pool and close to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

After enjoying Sanibel annually for a dozen years, Ian forced a two year absence. Loggerhead Cay is a great location, right on the gulf and easy to get around the island.

Excellent rental company who were very helpful during our stay and responded to our questions right away. You will love staying here. We were all very comfortable and everything we needed to cook for the week was available to us. It is just a quick two minute walk to the water!

Overall could not have asked for much more, the location is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the pool is amazing and super close. The only negative was I had forgotten how hot it was here in mid July, I mean I knew it was going to be hot obviously but the heat index was over 105 every day, night time lows almost never got below 80 and the A/C in this unit did struggle to keep it cool, I was nervous with it running almost constantly just to maintain the temp for ~72 in the unit.

The condo was very clean, updated and very spacious. They had everything we needed for our stay for the week from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of beach accessories and towels. The location was also perfect, a quick walk to the beach and easily accessible for parking. The owners were very responsive and friendly during the booking process as well. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and free of clutter. Easy parking and beach access. It slept the two of us comfortably with plenty of room for more guests if needed. Beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels were a huge plus and plenty of other beach and pool items available.

We enjoyed a great sibling week in Loggerhead Cay 232. The condo is well equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The lanai was a nice place to read and relax. We didn’t spend a great amount of time in the pool but it is very pretty and well maintained. The beach is steps away which allowed my brother and I to watch the sunrise while listening to the waves each morning. Last but certainly not least, we had daily dolphin visits. Just beautiful!

LC 232 is our home way from home. We have stayed here several times and just love the accommodations that are available to us at this unit. We are grateful to the owners for supplying such great tools in the kitchen to prepare meals, the storage unit for the chairs and cart for the beach. So very nice!

The home was just as described. The well appointed kitchen and bathrooms enhanced our stay. Information was provided in a timely manner both prior to and upon arrival. Check-in was easy and trouble-free. One minor glitch, regarding the location of the auxillary storage unit, was cleared up via a phone call to the management company. Other than that, no problems at all!
We especially appreciated the beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, wagon and toys) provided by the owner! I give this unit 5 stars and would recommend it to families of all types!

Great place in a great location. Beach and pool are steps away. Bike/running/walking path is right at front of the complex. All the great things we heard about Sanibel are true! And it all started with a beautiful condo in Loggerhead Cay! A beautiful condo, in a beautiful location, with an amazing view! Sanibel is a bikers paradise. We rarely got in our car. We rode our bikes the Lighthouse, to get ice cream, to eat dinner, to breakfast, to Ding Darling, to Bowmans Beach, and just to ride around and see the beauty of the island. You can see the Gulf waters and the pool from this condo's lanai...both just steps away. Every morning we would enjoy a walk/run on the beach, then time at the pool, then off to play some tennis. Places we dined...The Jac, Dantes Pizza, Doc Fords, Traders, Lighthouse Cafe, The Green Flash, George & Wendys Seafood Grill, MudBugs Cajun Kitchen, Over Easy Cafe, Pinocchio's. When we visit again...we will reach out to Loggerhead Cay.

Condo 232 is extremely well maintained. Located on second floor right by elevator. Furnishings are extremely comfortable. Kitchen and dining room work well. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. Everything works and both owner and management (Sanibel Holiday) were friendly and helpful. Condo also offers some beach gear (chairs, etc) which we did not use but are available which is nice so you don't have to bring your own.

We had hesitated making our final payment due to the red tide, and they graciously allowed us to wait a few more weeks before making our decision. We were SO glad we didn't cancel, because the beaches and Gulf had cleared by our arrival.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, flatware and dishes. (Although I really wish all the condos would come with a crockpot!)
The master bedroom was fantastic. If a couple were traveling alone, this unit would be ideal. There were two of us staying in the guest room, however, and as much as I LOVE the fact that there were two full size beds instead of twins (I wish more units were like that). We really wished there had been a vanity in the guest bathroom for our toiletries to sit out since we had two women sharing that space.
The walk to the beach wasn't too far, and was made much simpler by the fact that the unit provides plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for hauling them! There were even styrofoam coolers and beach toys galore in the storage room!
Overall, the unit was spotless and cheery, with a great location just a couple minutes from the Lighthouse in one direction and Jerry's grocery story in the other!

The condominium complex is perfect and the amenities are wonderful. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach. However, the unit could use some sprucing up. Sanibel Hioliday went out of their way to address our issues.

Nice condo, short walk to gulf, nicely located. Most everything you need in the kitchen if you are cooking in. Our only complaint is the incredibly slow internet speed. It was almost impossible to successfully use the internet because it was soooo slow. For people who work on vacation, this was frustrating. Really my only complaint though.

The location is great - close to the amazing beach and close enough to amenities (the bike path starts right outside the property), but still nicely tucked away. The property is quiet and peaceful, and the pool was clean and big and a nice temperature. Our rambunctious kids were not shushed while they played (something I had heard happens at some of the other properties in the area). The unit itself was very clean and had a good layout. The parking, elevator and garbage/recycling are all conveniently close. The beds/linens/pillows were pretty good. The view was amazing. Also, the provision of games and beach stuff is a nice touch. I'd recommend just a few upgrades for the owner - 1. I really would have liked a few good paring knives, 2. we seemed to run out of hot water when all six of us needed a shower after a day out (not sure if you can do anything about this), 3. It would be nice to have a supply of things like toilet paper, coffee filters, ziplocs, and tinfoil on hand, and 4. it would be great to have a keyless entry on the unit. Re: the property management company - Check-in was easy and the management agency was very accommodating (even giving us a ride when we locked ourselves out of our rental!). Overall, this rental was easy, clean, and suited us well. I'd recommend it for families.

Nice condo, short walk to gulf, nicely located. Most everything you need in the kitchen if you are cooking in. Our only complaint is the incredibly slow internet speed. It was almost impossible to successfully use the internet because it was soooo slow. For people who work on vacation, this was frustrating. Really my only complaint though.

Our trip to Sanibel and our stay at Loggerhead Cay 232 was great. Comfortable condo, decorated cute with plenty of room for my husband and I. Being so close to the ocean was my favorite part. My husband loved the pool. We had a very fun and relaxing time and would definitely go again!

All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. ***
Welcome to the light and bright Loggerhead Cay 232, a family-friendly 168-unit complex. The owners have recently updated the kitchen with granite countertops making meal prep a delight. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and highspeed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the new sofas (please note, there is not a sleeper sofa in the living room) and wood plank luxury vinyl flooring and warm hues of blue and greys of the beachy decor. The master suite boasts a new bedroom suit and a comfy king bed with a TV. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds and a TV. Enjoy warm Gulf breezes from the screened-in lanai that provides an angled view of the beach and gulf waters.
After a fun filled day at the beach collecting the world famous Sanibel shells, spend the rest of your afternoon lounging by oversized crystal blue heated swimming pool. A perfect way to end the day.
For your added convenience the owner provides beach towels and access to their storage locker which is stocked with 4 beach chairs, a large umbrella and beach cart. Loggerhead Cay is located a short distance from the Sanibel Causeway as well as shopping and restaurants on Periwinkle Way.
Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.
