Well furnished and very clean. Had a great week.

The condo stay was delightful. Very comfy and clean. It has everything anyone would want for a relaxing week by the beach!

This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need- sharp knives and even a salad spinner. The storage closet has beach chairs , an umbrella, pool toys, a net for shelling and bikes. The bikes could use some maintenance. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tropical gardens provide a fantastic view. It’s just a few minute walk to the beach. The other tenants are very friendly. My only complaint is that the cleaners could have done a better job. We booked this condo again. It’s a special place.

We had a great stay at Island Beach Club last week. The property is beautiful and the apartment was well supplied. The only negative was getting stuck on the elevator but it was only briefly.

The condo was very clean, perfectly appointed & had everything we needed. The ground level storage with beach equipment was the icing on our cake. Beach is close & the pool is closer, our new Sanibel favorite.

The Island Beach Club is a cute little community conveniently located to many local places. There is an awesome trail that we took our bikes on almost daily to Bailey's general store to get our morning coffee. Even though our unit was the furthest from the beach, it was close enough so that running back for lunch or drinks was not a problem. The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen could use some updating, and the carpets really need replaced. Two bikes were provided in the storage closet as well as many other miscellaneous items. There were 4 beach chairs in the closet as well, but unfortunately none of them were in good shape. We were lucky enough to find a couple 'discarded' chairs by the beach bridge and those worked well for us for the week.

Easy beach access in the complex and bike path across the road. Comfortable space. Kitchen well stocked for cooking

The unit was clean, bright and cheerful and all equipped. the only complaint was the condition of the bikes and the beach chairs. The bikes were too small for a tall, or somewhat tall, man and the other one was quite rusty. They need some higher beach chairs and in better shape.

We really liked this condo at Island Beach Club. Keep liked the floor plan and the unit had been updated. The kitchen sink drained very slowly and it is the reason I didn’t respond with all fives.

Great place to stay but the beach was ful of red seaweed.

This is a perfect place to stay in Sanibel. The place is super clean, new furniture, and comfortable beds! Easy walk to the pool and the ocean. The beach is filled amazing shells and makes a fun family adventure each day.

The only negatives are: 1) All the mattresses need to be updated, we all had a sore back after sleeping on them some nights. 2) The air conditioning unit is loud, but that can be turned off at night. But other than that the condo was great.

I definitely would not rent this condo again. The carpet was dirty throughout the condo, and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped. I love coffee and brought all the items I needed to make coffee every day, but WHEN was the last time that coffee maker was cleaned? Batteries missing from remotes & clock (yeah, a little thing in the big picture of life).

However, the staff from Sanibel Holiday were friendly and responsive. I would use their management for a reservation in the future.

I assume that we will not be assessed for that as it was definitely flawed. Other wise, all was very clean and well equipped and loved the newly upholstered furniture in the living room or , maybe it was entirely new furniture!
