The place was nice. But while we were there the Sanibel glass company parked their trucks and lifts in all of our parking space . When we got back from eating there was no place to park so we parked in the street and got a 150 dollar ticket. Which every one refuses to pay or at least help me!!! I will not stay here again.

We love the location of the unit. Some improvements are needed- 1)difficulty flushing the toilet in the primary bathroom; 2) Lights in closet in primary bedroom haven't worked in years; 3) on this last visit there was a leak under the kitchen sink.

fine for a couple with 2 children. However it is not comfortable for 4 adults sleeping in 2 twin beds. The complex is not good for older adults, lots of uneven sandy surfaces.

We rented this week based on the ocean front view. This did not exist. We were disappointed! The landscaping bushes were so over grown that we could not see the ocean or beach. One of our favorite things to do, is to sit on the lanai and look at the ocean to read and relax. Not this week! The path to the beach was overgrown. We could barely get our beach chairs and umbrella down the path.

We could not get the Cable TV in the living room to work during the stay. We had to stream off of our lap tops to watch movies.

Towels for bathrooms and kitchen had to be washed everyday. The linen closet was empty. No extra bath towels or linens for the beds.

The dishwasher was old and rusted. Had trouble getting it started.

This was our 6th rental week in 2021. It was our least favorite place to stay. We did and will not re-book this unit for the future.
The complex looks old and tired.

Parking was a challenge. Work trucks parked in our designated spot every time we went somewhere. We had to track down the workers to get them to move.

The Sanibel parking ticket lady was always on the street glaring at us and distributing tickets all day long to island visitors.

Very Quiet.

A friend and I had a very relaxing experience and enjoyed our stay.

like i said, this unit was not well cared for. dishwasher, and refrig are not good as well as the garbage disposal, i was hoping to get some compensation for not having dryer for 3 weeks

We enjoyed the location, living space, beach, pool and tennis courts, as well as bike riding in the neighborhoods. The main streets were rather crowded with bikers using the sidewalks, which made walking often awkward. Our weather was perfect 20 out of 21 days.

We loved our first visit to Sanibel. The condo was great. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful view every morning watching the birds dive for fish while we drank our coffee. Check in and out was a breeze.

Great service from Sanibel Holiday Vacation Rentals. The unit 1C at Coquina Beach was in good shape with plenty of extras. Some of the beach day needs replaced due to being in disrepair such as, beach umbrella and chairs. Other than that I have no complaints.

Loved having a water view condo this time! Sanibel Holiday made things easy and pleasant once again. Agency was very patient and encouraging in the difficult year of 2020. Great property. Check in and check out a breeze. Cannot wait to return. Sanibel Holiday offers a great and friendly experience.

We especially liked being so close to the beach. The short pathway leading to the beach was lovely and an easy walk. The screened in porch was terrific.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It could use some updates (dishes, flatware, ceiling fans) but the condo was cute and we enjoyed the cottage feel of the place.

Excellent location, small path to beach from patio on first floor unit, only 2 floors in bldg.,renovated unit, quiet but a little stomping from upstairs in evening, landscaping needed a good raking, parking tight for full size vehicles, a/c unit needs help had fans going all the time.

we have always enjoyed coming to Sanibel. Sanibel Holiday has been fair and good to us, and when we have experienced trouble, they were good about seeing to it the problem solved. We have been coming for over 20 years, and God willing, we will continue.

We love Sanibel and always have a good time. Unit had a gulf view, it is pretty spectacular.

Sanibel Holiday could not have picked a better place for us to stay. It was just a 1/2 a mile from their office and easy to find. I had told them about my disabilities and the condo they picked for us was perfect. It was literally just steps from the sand and water. When we arrived that afternoon everything was ready for us to check in. Overall the condo was clean but the dressers and tables could have used a wiping down, they were very gritty. Im just a little OCD about dirt. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff at Sanibel Holiday were great to work with and very helpful and very courteous. The location of the condo was perfect to all the restaurants, shops and grocery store too. When we decide to come back we definitely plan to use Sanibel Holiday again and if this same condo is available we will request it.

Rental was nicely furnished and decor had a nice beach feel but not over the top. Just as listed it is just a short walk right to the beach. Only drawback was it was very close to a public access making the beach a little busy but nothing that would stop us from renting it again.
