Thank you so much for your 5-star review of your recent stay at Breakers West A2. We are so happy to hear you found the unit to be perfect for your stay and the beach access easy to manage. Once of the best things about Breakers West is that it is unique in only requiring a 4 night minimum stay! The vast majority of condo associations require a 7 night minimum which the property management companies book on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Not only can you enjoy a shorter stay but you also have the option to stay 7 night buts arrive and depart on any day of the week (this can help with saving money on airfare). Breakers West is a smaller property, with just 20 units, so the parking can be both tight in number of spots(one one spot per unit with no guest parking spots) as well as tight in size. ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, as well as many shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes or condos may be making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment throughout the island. The pool is open and the elevator is operational.***
